The Nema Collection App is intended for authorized field teams, supervisors, operational users, and support workflows related to the ne'ma initiative. It is not a public consumer app.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Nema Collection App and related support interactions. In this document, "ne'ma", "Nema", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the team operating the App within the ne'ma initiative and its related program operations.

The App is used to manage operational tasks such as OTP-based access, collection records, category entries, photos, signatures, support requests, notifications, and reporting.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information, such as mobile number, OTP verification details, user name, role, and email address.
  • Operational collection data, including task details, selected categories, item weights, notes, dates, completion history, and related workflow records.
  • Uploaded content, such as category photos, supporting images, and captured signatures submitted through the App.
  • Location information when location access is granted and needed for field operations, task support, mapping, or validation.
  • Support communications, including the information you submit through in-app contact forms, feedback forms, or messages to the support team.
  • Technical and diagnostic information, such as app version, device type, operating system, push notification token, connectivity state, and crash or error diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Authenticate users and secure access to the App.
  • Assign, display, process, validate, and maintain operational collection records.
  • Support reporting, audit trails, quality checks, and supervisor review.
  • Enable app features such as notifications, maps, contact tools, and support workflows.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

8. Third-Party Services and Device Features

The App may rely on third-party services or device-level features, including cloud messaging, crash diagnostics, mapping, telephone actions, SMS actions, and operating-system media access. Those providers may process limited information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

This includes services used for push notifications, crash reporting, and other infrastructure support needed to keep the App functional and reliable.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and, when relevant to the technology used to operate the App, in other jurisdictions where service providers or infrastructure partners maintain systems. Where such processing occurs, we expect reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and service.

The App is not intended for use by children. It is designed for authorized adult users involved in operational field workflows. We do not knowingly collect personal information through this App for use by children.
